At Mane & Moon, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service. To ensure availability  for all our guests, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

​

Hair Extension Order Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to allow us  to order new extension hair and schedule a new hair install appointment. 

​

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply. If we can still accommodate your appointment, your service time may be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled guests.

We do understand schedules change and emergencies happen. It is our hope you are respectful of these policies and  in the event of a true emergency  please contact your stylist directly as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
